We often make pizza because it is one of the few meals that all 7 of us love. If I haven't had time to soak my grain the day before to make the healthier version, I give my girls a treat and let them make this delicious 15 minute pizza dough. Crispy on the bottom and soft on the top, it is just so delicious! I double the recipe and let them each make their own big pizza the way they like it and then they can have leftovers to take to school for lunch.
