Ever since my husband became allergic to red meat and soy, we have been looking for a good salmon recipe that he loves. This is the best one I have found by far. I substituted coconut aminos for the soy sauce, dried mustard powder for Dijon, and added in a little Worchestershire sauce and it turned out great! Thanks Taste of Home for a great recipe!
6 Salmon Fillets(6 oz. each)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 Tbs. Coconut Aminos
1 Tbs. Mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon fillets in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, syrup, soy sauce, mustard and pepper. Pour over salmon. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
