I made up this simple recipe because of a dish Mark always used to get at Outback. Its super easy to put together in a hurry and he always appreciates it when I make it!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
BarBQ sauce
4 slices of bacon, cooked crisply
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Put chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Cover with barbq sauce. Top with a slice of bacon on each chicken breast (I usually break the bacon into pieces). Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly and chicken is no longer pink.

meg,
found your site off prayerofhannah... and i love your recipe site! we have a lot of the same recipes!
question for you though... when you have a meal that you've previously frozen, do you thaw it first? if so, on the counter or in the fridge? or, do you just bake it a little longer from frozen? i don't seem to have much luck with freezing meals and then heating them later.. so any advice would be great!
ps... tried the chicken corn tetrazzini the other night and it was a big hit with the family! i added mushrooms and green pepper to it as well! yum!
