This is great if you don't have time to brown any ground beef for dinner :) Just throw in the pepperonies! We use it with whatever pasta we have on hand.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti noodles (or whatever noodles you have)
Jar of spaghetti sauce
1 bag of Shredded Cheese (Mexican Blend)
1 pkg. of pepperoni
1 small jar of mushrooms, drained
1 small can of olives, drained
*Simply use whatever pizza topping you like best!
Directions: Bake noodles as directed on box and drain. Put spaghetti sauce on noodles. Place a layer of pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and cheese on top of noodle mixture. Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Cover entire casserole with cheese. Place in oven at 325 and bake for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with a tossed salad and French bread.
